here we go.
the las 30 hours went by quickly. not counting my cancelled flight on sunday. had a bit of a mixed start as i bounced seats twice to allow couples together. ugh. what can u do hey. grin and bear it. at least the baby cries were at a minimum.
no visa problems but spent some bucks sorting out a fone and transport but it should be smooth sailing from here. which is the sunny friendly university town of Fullerton, Orange County, Los angeles. besides the youths this place has an old soul. a bit jekhyl and hyde perhaps with all the old modern art deco around. with people working here of many different countries. mostly hispanic and asian.
this hotel is definitely taken something out of the shining with the massive lobby and conference hall to the dire state of the corridor carpets zigzagging you into insanity. the jet lag has woken me up at this hour and my coach leaves in 2.
